Any of these services are subject to follow these terms and conditions strictly. If you are availing services from Cosmoura Marketing Pvt. Ltd, that signifies the agreement with the disclaimers, terms, and conditions provided by our company. You will not utilize company's service for any purpose which is illegal or forbidden by any terms and conditions.
2. Fees and Payments
   Our fees for business consultancy services are based on an hourly rate. We also offer fixed-price packages for certain services. Payments for our services must be made in full before we commence work. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
3. Refund Policy
   Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited is a service-based consulting company, committed to providing valuable expertise and advisory services to our clients. We appreciate your trust in our services. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
   • Compensation Eligibility:
     Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited is eligible to be compensated for the time, experience, expertise, advisory, consulting, and services provided. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any amount paid for our services is non-refundable.
   • Management Fee and Consulting Fee:
     Management Fee and Consulting Fee are considered earned in exchange for the time and services of our consultants. However, in cases of agreement termination for cause:
     a. Premature Termination: If termination occurs before the full scope of services is provided, a fair calculation will be made based on the professional services rate, and any unearned amount, after considering any reimbursements, will be refunded to the client.
     b. Completion of Services: If the full scope of services is delivered, the client may not be eligible for any refund.
   • Third-Party Payments:
     Any third-party payments, including government or authority fees, third-party payments, attorney fees, and vendor payments, are beyond the responsibility of Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited. Refund eligibility for such payments is subject to the independent policy of the respective third parties.
   • Technical Errors:
     A full refund will be issued in cases of technical errors, such as double charging or any other errors for which Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited is responsible.
   • Service Execution Incompetency:
     Clients may file a refund claim in cases of service execution inability or incompetency. In such instances, a fair evaluation of compensation for the time and efforts expended will be conducted.
   • Refund Methods:
     Refunds will be issued through the Original Mode of Payment, or via Bank Transfer or Check when it is not possible to refund through the original mode of payment.
   • Non-Refundable Fees: Any success fee, referral fee, brokerage fee, commission, or repatriation once earned is non-refundable.
   • Service-Specific Refund Policies: The refund policy specified in a service contract for a particular service request is considered an annex to this refund policy and is enforceable.
   • Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please submit a written email or letter within 15 days from the date of service delivery, clearly stating the reason for the refund claim. Approval of the refund request may lead to the suspension or termination of services.
   • Customer Error Refunds: Refund requests resulting from customer errors may be subject to an administration charge, once approved.
   • Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30-45 working days.
4. Intellectual Property
   All intellectual property rights in the content of our website and services belong to Cosmoura Marketing private limited. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content of our website and services for your own personal and non-commercial purposes.
5. Termination of Service
   We reserve the right to terminate your use of our website and services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Haryana, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Haryana, India.
